All digital products available on Scriptify, including scripts, games, software, modded applications, and digital assets, are the intellectual property of their respective authors or owners. Information sufficient to locate the material on Scriptify (e.g., product name, URL, author).

Scriptify complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws. Upon receiving a valid infringement notice, Scriptify will:
Review the claim
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
Notify the user or author who uploaded the content
If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
Identification of the removed material and location before removal
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error
Your name, address, phone number, and signature
Consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court (or equivalent jurisdiction)
Scriptify will review the counter-notification and may restore content if appropriate.
Scriptify reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright, in accordance with applicable law.
Scriptify is not liable for content uploaded by third-party users. Users are responsible for the materials they upload and distribute.
This Copyright Policy may be updated at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing the policy periodically. Continued use of Scriptify constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
