This Refund Policy governs all purchases made on Scriptify. By purchasing any digital product from Scriptify, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy, in addition to Scriptify’s Terms of Service and other applicable policies.
All products sold on Scriptify are digital goods delivered electronically. Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, it is considered used, and cannot be returned in the traditional sense.
Due to the intangible nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Scriptify operates under a strict no-refund policy for digital products. Refunds, exchanges, or credits are not guaranteed and are granted solely at Scriptify’s discretion.
By completing a purchase, you expressly agree to waive any right to a refund once delivery has occurred.
In limited circumstances, Scriptify may consider refund requests, including but not limited to:
The product was not delivered due to a technical error on Scriptify’s platform
The purchased product is significantly different from its description
The product is completely non-functional and cannot reasonably be fixed
Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
You no longer want the product
You lack the technical knowledge to use the product
Incompatibility with your system, game version, or software
Account bans, suspensions, or penalties caused by third-party platforms
Failure to read the product description or requirements
Products marked as “non-refundable”
Free Items (zero-cost products)
Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable time after purchase, as determined by Scriptify. Requests submitted after excessive usage, downloads, or access may be automatically rejected.
To request a refund, you must:

Provide proof of purchase
Clearly explain the issue encountered
Scriptify reserves the right to request additional information before making a decision.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible
Processing times depend on the payment provider
Scriptify is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors
No alternative compensation, credits, or substitutions are guaranteed.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting Scriptify first may result in:
Immediate account suspension
Permanent account termination
Loss of access to purchased products
Scriptify reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and provide evidence to payment processors.
Scriptify actively monitors transactions for fraudulent activity. Any attempt to abuse the refund system may result in:
Refund denial
Account suspension or ban
Legal action where applicable
Products sold by third-party Authors are subject to this Refund Policy. Scriptify may consult the Author but retains final decision-making authority regarding refunds.
Scriptify shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Lost profits or data
Issues arising from misuse of digital products
Refunds, if granted, represent the sole and exclusive remedy.
Scriptify reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply.
This Refund Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
